In July, Sponsored Research met its target median processing time for Data Use Agreements (DUAs) while continuing to improve its processing time for outgoing subcontracts and other non-funded negotiations.
The median time to complete DUAs decreased significantly to 25 days, coming in 3 days lower than the target time. The median time to complete Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) decreased as well, down to 20 days and 32 days respectively, both slightly above target but steadily getting closer.
The median time to execute new outgoing subcontracts was 85 days in July, still significantly lower than the peak of 150 days in April but up slightly from June as more older transactions wrapped up. The median time for executing amendments to existing subcontracts decreased to 70 days in July, down from 85 days in June
